Geoffrey began practicing public accounting in 1976 while a student at the Columbia campus of the University of Missouri. As part of the School of Accountancy outreach program, students provided no-cost income tax return preparation services at community centers throughout Columbia. Prior to graduation, his first private client was a small business in downtown Columbia.

After graduating in 1977, Geoffrey joined Arthur Andersen in Chicago, where he specialized in banking, regulated industries, governmental contracts, and litigation support.

In 1980, Geoffrey combined his professional experience with his entrepreneurial spirit to establish his own firm and has remained in the private practice of public accounting ever since. As the original founder of Quinn & Company, he has guided the firm through decades of growth in size, scope, and depth of services—expanding its geographic reach to serve a multitude of clients’ diverse interests across the country.

With over 50 years of professional experience, Geoffrey remains an active, hands-on leader at the firm. He continues to attend directly to clients’ needs, promote the firm’s capabilities, and provide extensive general advisory and consulting services to the firm’s operating principals and support staff.

Natasha Quinn is an Illinois and California licensed Certified Public Accountant. She joined Quinn & Company in 2015 and is a Principal at the Firm. In her current role, Natasha provides professional accounting and tax services to clients across the country and internationally in industries including but not limited to professional services, insurance, medical and real estate rental management. Dedicated and detail-oriented, Natasha is committed to delivering tax and accounting services that meet each client’s unique needs and objectives.

Natasha received her master’s degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2015.

Olonbayar Munkhdash (Olno), is a Senior Staff member of Quinn & Company. She graduated from Purdue Northwest University with a master’s degree in accounting with a concentration in income tax.

She is a Certified Public Accountant and an Enrolled Agent with the Internal Revenue Service. Before joining the Firm in 2022, she worked in the banking industry for over 10 years and gained income tax preparation experience through prior internships for individuals and businesses.

In addition to possessing strong general ledger and financial statement capabilities, she has extensive knowledge and experience in corporate, partnership, and individual tax matters and tax return preparation.
